Come as you are. Leave refreshed. Carve out time to replenish your soul. Join us for an unhurried day retreat—a spacious rhythm of rest, prayer, and renewal. Throughout the day, you’ll be invited into a simple structure with room to breathe, including guided contemplative practices. There will be generous space for silence, personal reflection, and attentive listening. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet with spiritual directors. This retreat will provide an introduction to the Immanuel Approach, developed by Karl Lehman and Jim Wilder—a gentle, experiential practice that helps us explore the events of our lives, especially our interior world of thoughts, feelings, and body sensations, with our good God, Immanuel (“God with us”).
