You’ll be invited into a simple structure with room to breathe, including guided contemplative practices. There will also be time for silence and personal reflection, along with an optional 30-minute one-on-one session with a spiritual director—a quiet space for listening, prayer, and discernment. This retreat will focus on a foundational practice of the Immanuel Approach developed by Dr. Karl Lehman and Dr. Jim Wilder: interactive gratitude.
