The CARE Ministry serves parishioners who, because of age, illness, or other circumstances, are no longer able to participate regularly in the life of the parish. Through prayer, personal visits, cards, seasonal gifts, and ongoing communication, members of this ministry help ensure that our homebound parishioners remain connected to their Sacred Heart family and know they are remembered and loved.
