The CarePortal helps connect churches and agencies in the child welfare space to address the needs of hurting children and families. By meeting practical needs such as a bus pass, electric bill, or a twin bed, the goals are to see less children entering the state's foster care system, support family preservation, provide better resources for children aging out of foster care, and help more children find permanent, loving homes though adoption.
