Our Caritas Program has started an empowerment group aimed at fostering a safe space for teenage girls in grades 9-12. Some of the topics covered will include self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, and more. Sessions will be every Thursday starting on February 5th from 4:30-6PM.
