Pastor Emeritus, the late Jimmy Hood started Charity Mission in 1986 and Amazing Grace Baptist Church in 1992. Pastor Jobe Beachler is now the Senior Pastor for the church. As our Pastor Emeritus, the late Jimmy Hood was committed to staying in the area and ministering to everyone in the community, Pastor Beachler has the same goals and heart for the ministry. In winter 2018, Pastor Beacher expanded charity mission to include a new rescue mission for women in addition to the existing resuce mission for men.
