We established our community gardens to provide our neighbors with education, nutrition, and a sense of belonging. The Pax Center is our neighborhood outreach; 'pax' means 'peace.' We provide food pantries, community meals, volunteer opportunities, and green spaces like Brighton Street Green Space and Jackson Street Community Garden to help keep LaPorte County well-fed and well-loved.
