On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving each year we put on a community-wide Thanksgiving Feast. It is open to anyone in the community who would like to attend and is free of charge. The meal typically takes place at the Bowling Green Community Center on Newton Road. We ask the congregation to donate items such as cooked/deboned turkeys, pies & desserts, baked dinner rolls, and of course their time where possible. The church is responsible for set up, serving, and tear down.
