As the apostle Paul wrote to the churches in Asia (modern day Turkey) during his imprisonment, his primary focus was always the gospel. But for the individuals in these churches, he wasn’t trying to convince them of the truth of the gospel, they already believed! No, he was demonstrating to them that the gospel was not simply belief that Jesus was the Messiah for both Jews and Gentiles, but that the gospel was sufficient to navigate all the circumstances of daily life!
