In 2026 Pastor Dan Pennington made the trip to Malawi with another fellow pastor. Both pastors were able to lead church services outside of the orphanage during their trip. They took soccer balls for the children and also distributed crosses. The crosses were engraved with names of their church families back home, who agreed that they would pray for the Malawian child who received their cross.
