Family Promise of the Triangle began in 1994 providing church-based emergency shelter and meals to Wake County families experiencing homelessness. Churches participate in the Family Promise ministry by providing food and sponsoring activities for families in emergency shelter. Trinity has committed to “hosting” families 3 times a year.
