Since 1999, First Choice Solutions has been helping the women and families in and around Washington, Indiana, who are affected by unplanned pregnancy. Formerly known as the Pregnancy Care Center, First Choice Solutions began as a ministry to help women in unplanned pregnancies find resources. Today, they have expanded their services to include pregnancy tests and ultrasound, STI testing and treatment (soon!), as well as education and material aid. They are a nonprofit medical clinic, meaning that they do not benefit financially from your choices about your pregnancy. All of their services are completely free of charge. First Choice Solutions exist to provide support, education, health care referrals, information, and material assistance for our community.
