Volunteers are needed every Friday from 1:30pm until 3:30pm to help with intake (welcoming and registering clients) and pantry room assistance (assisting clients with food selection). Volunteers are also needed on the second and fourth Fridays of the month from 9:00am until 11:00am for delivery and storage assistance.
What's needed
- Intake: Welcome and register clients in the Greater Chicago Food Depository system
- Pantry room assistance: Assist clients with food selection
- Delivery and storage assistance: Receive the food drop-off when it arrives at the church and bring it to the food pantry
