A team of 6 - 10 adult volunteers assist with preparing and serving a hot, healthy meal to families at Freeda’s Place, 5045 S. Laflin Avenue. Chicago, IL 60609 (Chicago’s Back of the Yards neighborhood). Frieda’s Place, a longtime outreach partner with Old St. Pat’s, provides food, clothing, and other available resources with volunteer support to improve the quality of life of families experiencing trauma and hunger.
