Beyond the check-in counter, the Greeting team is another smile and a greeting, willing to offer directions to the appropriate kids' spaces and provide a comforting tour for visiting parents dropping off kids. This is a significant relationship that can be built to bring comfort and ease to parents and children who are new to this environment.
