In this Psalms book study and workout you’ll gain a spiritual and physical uplift. We begin with a 30 minute workout for all levels (bring light weights and a mat if you have one). We’ll study the ever-relevant Book of Psalms to deepen our relationship with Jesus, turn our worries into worship, and develop gospel-centered tools for navigating life. We conclude with a time of prayer. Please invite friends, this is a great opportunity for someone that may not feel comfortable at church.
