You are caring for the youngest generations in our church and creating a safe place for young parents to feel confident in leaving their “worlds” for an hour or two. You are allowing parents to worship and learn in an uninhibited way, which, in turn, sets up this child’s future of following Jesus because their parents are following Jesus. “Babysitting” is far from your role. We like to have kind, positive, confident caregivers in these roles, even when criers are dropped off with you.
