Cornerstone partners with RISE to provide a wraparound support team to foster and adoptive families in the community. Support activities may include bringing meals, notes of encouragement, helping around the house or yard, bringing coffee, providing date nights, etc. Training provided through RISE.
What's needed
- Provide support to foster and adoptive families (meals, encouragement, help around house/yard, coffee, date nights).
