The Shine Ministry exists to welcome and serve families with special needs children. We believe every child is wonderfully made by God, and our goal is to provide a safe, loving environment where each child can learn about Jesus in a way that fits their unique needs. Our volunteers—church members with a heart for special needs—are essential to this ministry.
