NWI No Child Hungry was created to help provide meals to local students who are food-insecure. They provide Buddy Bags – child friendly, shelf-stable sacks of food – intended to offset hunger on the weekends and extended breaks. Currently, they provide enough food for approximately 800 students in Northwest Indiana across 15 different schools.
