The Oasis International Good Neighbor Initiative is about building friendships and demonstrating love to refugees who are settling in the St Louis area. VCC volunteers will be befriending refugees (individuals or families) to build a lasting and loving friendship with them. We will help them get to know the St Louis area, through regular visits, and give them a safe outlet as they acclimate to a new place.
