The ladies sewing circle enjoys meeting together once a month to make quilts and knot comforter blankets. The comforters are donated to various local ministries and also sent internationally to Haiti and Mennonite Central Committee. The Quilts are also donated to local benefit auctions and the MCC Relief Sale. The sewing circle also supplies school bags that are filled with school supplies and sent to children in need through MCC and Haiti. It's a great way to serve the needs of others and enjoy fellowship with one another.
