As the church's Youth Director, I oversee the spiritual, social, and emotional development of teenagers (typically 6th–12th grade) by planning Bible studies, retreats, community service projects, and fellowship activities. I serve as a mentor, building trusted relationships with students to guide them as they explore their faith.
